Health Fitness Center, located on the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center campus, includes these amenities:

• Class offerings both on land and in the pool. Health Fitness land and aquatic class schedule

• Personal trainers to help you meet your fitness goals.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 5:00 am - 9:00pm

Friday: 5:00 am - 7:00pm

Saturday: 7:00 am - 4:00pm

Sunday: 9:00 am - 2:00pm
