and family experiences. From exploring beverage stations to furniture
purchases, the Great River Health Foundation and the Southeast Iowa Regional
Medical Center Auxiliary help enhance health care on our campuses.
Education
Workforce
Great River Health is committed to recruiting, training and retaining the
very best in health care talent. As part of our commitment to employees,
the Foundation is investing $1.7 million into establishing a childcare
facility on the Fort Madison campus. This investment will provide a practical
solution with peace of mind to our employees with children.
Livable communities
Besides providing high-quality health care, our health system serves southeast
Iowa in other ways. The Foundation is engaged in a variety of community
initiatives and is considered a thought leader on economic and community
development strategies.
The Great River Health Foundation was established in 1995 as the Fort Madison Community Hospital Foundation. For more than a quarter-century, it has been a thriving philanthropic organization. That role is expanding.
