Recognize someone for our Circle of Excellence, whichprovides an opportunity for patients and families to express their appreciation for employees who take extra steps to ensure your satisfaction with our services.
Who can I recognize?
You can recognize anyone who works in our hospital or one of our clinics. It can be a person who provides medical care or a support function. If your experience was exceptional, we want to hear about it!
How will the employee be recognized?
- A photo of the employee you honor will be featured on digital displays at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in Fort Madison and West Burlington.
- The employee will receive a personalized message commending them for exceptional service.
How does it work?
- Complete the online form.
- Make a donation of any size to the Great River Health Foundation.
- Provide brief comments about why your care was exceptional.
The employee will receive special recognition, and your donation will be used by the foundation to improve patient experience here including equipment, furniture, and facilities. Although your identity will remain confidential, we will share your story to inspire others.
How much should I donate?
We recommend a gift of $35 to the Great River Health Foundation, but the choice is yours. It isn’t about the size of the gift; it’s about recognizing the people who provide truly exceptional experiences for our patients.
