The Birthplace

The Birthplace in Fort Madison features five Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum rooms, allowing the mother and baby to remain in the same room throughout their stay. Women & Family Center

Women who deliver their babies at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center-West Burlington have the comfort and convenience of remaining in one room for the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum experiences.
