Henry County Health Center has a rich history of serving our community since 1921 and has continued its legacy since partnering with Great River Health in 2021. Located at the Crossroads of Southeast Iowa, HCHC is a 74-bed facility, featuring 25 acute care beds, along with our 49-bed long-term care facility, Park Place.
We're proud to offer local, compassionate, and high–quality primary care, a 24/7 emergency department, mental health, women’s health, pharmacy services, and much more in Mount Pleasant. We also have several primary care rural health clinics located across the region with same day appointments available. By establishing your care at HCHC, you gain access to Great River Health’s entire system of services, providers, and clinics throughout Southeast Iowa to manage your health and wellness.
