About This Location
Health Fitness offers programs that extend beyond the scope of traditional exercise clubs. Our mission is to help you become healthier. Becoming a Health Fitness member gives you unlimited access to the gym and pool. You also can participant in most land and water classes at no extra cost. You also can get help from professional fitness specialists and trainers, fitness assessments and personalized fitness "prescriptions."

Our 26,000 square-foot facility includes:
- A large gym
- Warm- and cool-water therapeutic pools
- Several exercise rooms
- Suspended, multi-lane indoor track
- Locker rooms, showers, vanities, and other amenities that are family and disabled-accessible
