Our Family Practice Providers are equipped to take care of the total patient from pediatric to geriatric. Our Primary Care Providers not only work with you when you are ill but will help you develop a healthy living plan with preventative care and education.

Now accepting new patients. Patients can call 319-754-4242 to schedule an appointment or use the patient portal. Please note that we also use an automated reminder system that allows self-check-in.
