About this location:
Our Family Practice Providers are equipped to take care of the total patient from pediatric to geriatric. Our Primary Care Providers not only work with you when you are ill but will help you develop a healthy living plan with preventative care and education.
Services provided:
- Wellness exams from newborn to geriatric
- Ongoing care of chronic problems- including pediatrics
- Treatment of complex and long-term medical conditions including diabetes and high blood pressure in young and old
- Routine care for women, including Pap smears, pelvic and breast exams
- Referrals to specialists
- Illness/injury care for all age groups
- Radiology services including X-Ray, MRI, CT, etc.
- Immunizations
- Vaccines for Children program for qualifying children
- Laboratory Services
- Nutrition and dietary care
- Palliative care
- Patient Care Coordination including education, resources and other specialists
- Physical exams for sports, school and summer camp for all patients
