Getting Started with Senior Life Solutions
To join, anyone can make a referral to the Senior Life Solutions program. This includes self-referrals, family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
The program staff includes a board-certified psychiatrist, licensed therapists, social workers, registered nurses and certified nursing assistants.
To help us understand your unique challenges, our team will provide a confidential, comprehensive assessment before you join the program.
After your initial assessment, participants meet up to three times weekly in a supportive, encouraging group setting. While Senior Life Solutions is group based, we always ensure each person's individual needs are addressed.
In addition to your group sessions, each participant will also receive two individual or family therapy sessions per month. These sessions focus on personal care like education, medication management, after-care planning, family dynamics, and other mental health concerns.
Senior Life Solutions accepts most insurance plans. We will submit care to your insurance and verify your coverage before you start the program, so you'll know what to expect.
