Expert support

Our fitness specialists and registered dietitians offer personal training, fitness assessments, and nutrition coaching to help you reach your goals.

Programs with purpose

We offer specialized programs designed to meet diverse health needs and conditions to help you stay active, safe, and inspired.

Memberships, personal training, and nutrition services are available separately — so you can choose what fits your goals best. Specialized programs at Health Fitness include:

  • Arthritis Aquatics: Our 92-degree therapy pool provides a gentle environment for exercises that help reduce pain and muscle tension, restore flexibility, and maintain joint movement.
  • Balance: This program, offered Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:15 to 10:45 a.m., helps older adults reduce their fear of falling by teaching strategies to view falls as controllable, modify home risks, and improve strength and balance through exercise.
  • Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase III: Designed for individuals with cardiac and pulmonary conditions who have completed Phase II. Participants exercise independently in the Wellness Gym under the supervision of fitness specialists, with vital signs monitored before, during, and after exercise. A provider referral is required.
  • Delay the Disease: This supervised exercise program for people with Parkinson's disease focuses on specific exercises and weight training to potentially delay physical symptoms. A fitness specialist leads sessions, adapting workouts based on individual progress. Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 to 1:50 p.m.
  • Parkinson Support Group: Join us every third Thursday of the month at 2:00 p.m. in the Blackhawk Room. Each session features a guest speaker and offers a chance for individuals with Parkinson's to connect with others in the community.
  • Pilates Reformer: Experience a unique workout using springs and ropes on a movable carriage to perform hundreds of exercises. Reformers strengthen and stabilize the body's core and promote a balanced musculoskeletal system. This class has a fee, and non-members are welcome to participate.
