Survivorship 101

Let us help you adjust to your “new normal” with specially trained facilitators while you connect with the only people who can truly understand your journey—other cancer survivors and their caregivers. This nine-week program provides practical guidance for your next steps, including research-based advice on topics like nutrition, exercise, intimacy, and reducing anxiety.

Tear Soup

Based on the book "Tear Soup," the workshop provides a better understanding of grief and many suggestions for working through grief and helping others with their grief. Participants learn how to perform the “art” of grieving and how to fill the void in life left by a loved one’s death. This workshop is offered in the fall.
