HCHC has partnered with our excellent community resources to create The Health Pulse Alliance. The Health Pulse Alliance is a committee of healthcare providers, behavioral health professionals, social services, and community-based organizations working to “keep a finger on the pulse” of healthcare in Henry County.
Our goal is to increase the collaboration between county agencies to provide the best possible integrated care for our residents. Please use the below resources as a supplement to the healthcare HCHC provides.

Henry County Health Center is proud to serve with Henry County Public Health and Healthy Henry County Communities as partners in a three-year HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) Rural Health Network Development grant. With this grant, we developed the Health Pulse Alliance to help carry out the grant goals and activities. The Health Pulse Alliance is a committee of healthcare providers, behavioral health professionals, social services, and community-based organizations working to “keep a finger on the pulse” of healthcare in Henry County. Their vision is to increase the collaboration between members and provide a comprehensive care continuum process that addresses healthcare needs. One of their goals is to ensure awareness of existing resources and services available to Henry County residents.
