
Access your HCHC clinical information and pay your bill online anytime using our patient portal. Henry County Health Center’s new patient portal, MyCareCorner, features increased functionality for our patients.
Already have a patient portal account?
Patients who already have a patient portal account established can log in to mycarecorner.net or click www.thrivepatientportal.com where you will be re-directed to HCHC’s new patient portal. You will see an invitation code to create your new account. You will also receive an email with the invitation code.
New patient portal users
For new users who do not have a patient portal account, there are three options to register on MyCareCorner. This includes email registration, self- registration or printed instructions.
MyCareCorner can be downloaded from your App Store or Google Play Store. Patients with iPhones also can access health records on iPhone through the Apple Health app for patients to see medical data from multiple providers.
