Great River Health-Keokuk no longer requires appointments for urgent care services in its clinic. Urgent care is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Wearing a mask at all times and practicing social distancing in the waiting area is required. Adult patients who require a caregiver or emotional support person and children under 18 may have one visitor during clinic visits.

Urgent care provides services for sudden illnesses or injuries that need to be evaluated right away but aren’t considered emergencies. On-site laboratory and X-ray services are available. Patients must be at least six months old. Urgent care providers don’t prescribe or refill pain medicine or long-term medicine.
