Cara Sawyer, D.O., Great River Surgeons, will discuss vein health as women
age at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15. The final program in this year’s
Red Hot Mamas series will be in the Blackhawk Room on the lower level
of Great River Wellness Plaza, 1401 W. Agency Road, West Burlington.
Veins carry blood to the heart. They can weaken and reduce circulation
as people age. Without care, aging veins can lead to serious complications.
Participants with learn how to recognize symptoms of vein problems and
keep healthy veins.
